Welcome to COTA Health COTA Health is an accredited provider of mental health and community support services. Our programs provide support to adults living with serious mental illness, geriatric mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis. Our services include case management, supportive housing, short-term residential beds, a day program, court and justice related services and outreach to individuals who are homeless or living in shelters. Rehabilitation Services As of July 4, 2009, COTA Health no longer provides Rehabilitation Services (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, speech-language pathology and dietetics). These services are now being offered by VHA Rehab Solutions, a division of VHA Home HealthCare. Please visit www.vha.ca for more information.
