Our services are informed by a recovery-oriented approach that empowers clients to take the lead in defining what recovery means to them. Our staff collaborates with clients to assist them in defining their recovery goals and in taking an active role in managing their life and mental illness.
Client ServicesOur opportunities in client services include case managers, community support workers and individual/residential support workers. All non-management positions in client services are union positions and employees become members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU).
Administrative ServicesOccasionally we have opportunities in our administrative division that include positions in Human Resources, Finance and administrative Support.
The majority of our client and administrative opportunities are located in the City of Toronto.
