COTA Health provides support services to individuals who are homeless or under-housed; and support individuals who have been recently housed to successfully maintain their housing.

ACT Team | | COTA Health was selected, by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, to provide a Recovery Oriented Assertive Community Treatement (ACT) Team in Toronto. This is a four year project that started in 2009 and will operate until 2013 in Vancouver, Winnepeg, Montreal, Moncton and Toronto. |
Hostel Outreach Program | | The Hostel Outreach Program (HOP) provides individualized support to men who are homeless or under-housed and are living with a serious mental illness. |
